The Chesapeake Conjure Society is holding a general interest meeting for individuals interested in learning more about becoming a member. Joining the Chesapeake Conjure Society requires in-person participation. The Hoodoo Society is deeply rooted in place-based traditions, and while we occasionally host online events, full membership can only be pursued by attending our in-person gatherings.
This meeting will be held for those who have already attended an in-person event and would like to take the next step toward membership.
This meeting will provide a comprehensive overview of the membership process and will cover several key topics, including:
- Member responsibilities and expectations
- Our space agreements
- An understanding of our events and how they operate
- An overview of the organization itself and its mission
